Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item unused in its original packaging within 10 days of the shipment date.

You may return any item purchased on our website through Schat Import Agencies by contacting us by phone with your intent.  A refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item(s) including any applicable taxes in the same form as original payment. Shipping and handling not charged to the customer are non-refundable. Please note we cannot accept returns on used bedding. You are fully responsible for any delivery charges that may occur when returning items to our warehouse for refund.

Free Shipping

We do not charge for shipping and delivery though we do incur costs related to it. Therefore, in the case that you desire to return your item we will deduct all accrued shipping charges on the original order.

We strive to process returns within 3 business days of their arrival to our warehouse, but please allow up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. We will withhold money equal to our cost of the original shipment from the refund amount; customer is responsible for return shipping.

If this item is a SPECIAL ORDER, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied for any approved refunds.

Note: Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, including all attached tags and packaging. If items are not in their original packaging and condition your return cannot be accepted.

Exchange Policy
Please make sure that you inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery. We use White Glove services to avoid damage, but if for some reason you are concerned with packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This way, if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem immediately. To refund or exchange you can contact us by:

Refund Methods and Timing
Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment made. Credit Card companies vary in the time they take to restore the credit back to your account and the transaction could take up to 14 business days to be settled from the day of our refund confirmation e-mail.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding.

Return Shipping Options
When choosing to return merchandise back to our warehouse for whatever reason, you may contact us for a quote for a freight service. Contacting us may be a cheaper alternative than shipping back the items yourself. If you decide to ship unwanted items back to us using our service, shipping costs will be deducted from your Refund.

To Cancel an Order

About Canceling Orders
Although our automated system processes your order almost immediately after you click the “Process Order” button in Checkout, you are still in control. As long as your order has not been shipped, it can still be altered.

Orders with a status of “Shipped” cannot be easily canceled, however, as additional costs are then incurred. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped, it means that your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to the White Glove in-home delivery service. At this point the best we can do is to notify our service to return the item to our warehouse if at all possible.
